Welcome to Joggle! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Joggle service, provided by Joggle Ltd (“we”,”us” or”our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you and Joggle Ltd.

Services Offered

Joggle Lite: a free version offering basic features

Joggle Plus: full access to our standard features at £20/month or £149/annum

Account Registration

You must register for an account to use our services. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep this information updated.

Subscription Terms and Payments

Fees: Joggle Plus costs £20 per month or £149/annum; Joggle Lite is available for free

Billing: we bill monthly in advance; payment is due on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereafter

Renewal: your subscription automatically renews monthly, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date

Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period

Refunds: payments are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Joggle Ltd and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms and Services

We may modify these Terms and our services at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Joggle Ltd does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joggle Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
